No matter how you look at him, he is unmistakably our beloved Peetah. I can’t help but pet him and tell him ‘You’re so cute’ over and over every day. We’re truly grateful to be able to live with his presence—no, his very being—again, just as he used to quietly sit somewhere in the room with his ears perked up, listening to everything we said.
There were so many things I wish I could have done for my former dog, Christy, and I carried a lot of regret. The moment I opened the box and saw the doll, her gentle eyes looking back at me brought me to tears. Thank you so much for making her such adorable clothes as well. Once we’ve sent you the “Production Start” email, cancellations are not accepted. If you wish to cancel before production begins, we can accept it with a cancellation fee of 500 CAD (to cover material preparation and design costs).
The fur and body are made from 100% wool, while the inside is filled with 100% polyester for softness and resilience. The joints are made of plastic, making them safe for those with metal allergies. The eyes are made of glass, so please be careful not to hit them against hard objects, as they may break.
Beloved Peetah, our precious rabbit. When he was alive, he would always start eating whenever my wife and I sat down for our meals — such a sweet little soul. “Who decided that we can't live together after death?” Even after his body reached the end of its life, we continued to talk to him every day, to travel with him, and to share our meals with him — as naturally as ever. Photographs could capture his presence, but I often wished I could hold him again in my arms and feel his weight one more time. From that longing, Solaciel Doll was born. May you, too, spend time once again with the one you love. A doll can carry a soul. Hold them close, talk to them, share your table with them. Souls that love each other can continue to walk through time together — that is my heartfelt wish.
