From Ordering to Delivery

1. Inquire About Available Start Dates

Click Inquire Before Ordering to ask about current waiting times and the earliest date we can begin working on your doll.

2. Fill Out the Order Form

If you’re comfortable with the waiting time, please complete the order form. Once received, your name will be added to our order list.

3. Payment Instructions (1 Month Before Production)

Approximately one month before production begins, we will email payment instructions. After your payment is confirmed, we will send you a receipt by email.

4. Final Confirmation & Hair Color Check (Before Production)

Prior to starting production, we will ask you to confirm the final details. For hair color, we will photograph the photo you provided next to the blended hair samples and ask you to confirm the match.

5. Production

Production begins. We will keep you updated at key milestones:

• When production begins
• When the doll is completed
• When the outfit is completed
• When the order is shipped

Updates typically include completion photos unless you request otherwise. If you wish to request major changes, please contact us within 24 hours of the completion email.

6. Shipping

We will ship your order and send you the tracking number by email.

7. Arrival

Your doll arrives! Note for international customers: Please anticipate that import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. These customs-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. However, shipping fees — even for international orders — are covered by Solaciel.
